Built around a heavy back-tapered Scandinavian shooting head on a strong braided core, with a multi-density coating, these lines deliver effortless casting and extremely precise control. From floating lines to the fastest sinking options, they cover every fishing condition worldwide. Available in #6/7 and #7/8 for single-handed rods and from #6/7 to #11/12 for double-handed rods, with up to nine multi-density combinations.

FLOATING
The FLOATING version is designed for effortless control, with a highly buoyant and supple profile that allows you to create the perfect belly—whether you need to speed up or slow down the fly. Its exceptional suppleness ensures a smooth, natural drift, enhancing presentation and effectiveness. Finished in a discreet tan colour, it remains easy to track on the water without spooking fish.

FLOAT / INTERMEDIATE
The FLOAT/INTERMEDIATE, featuring an intermediate tip, offers the same excellent swing control while adding improved grip in the current. The opaque tip gently brings the fly just below the surface—a feature highly appreciated by salmon anglers worldwide. The F/INT model retains the discreet tan colour of the floating line, complemented by a semi-translucent tip section for a natural presentation.

FLOAT / SINK 3
Many anglers consider speed control one of the most critical aspects of salmon fishing. The floating belly of the SALAR Catch allows precise steering of the fly while still fishing well below the surface. This line reaches the same depth as a faster intermediate but delivers superior speed control. The SALAR Catch F/3 features the classic tan floating belly with a medium-grey tip.

INT / SINK 4
The INT/SINK 4 is a team favourite and one of the most versatile lines in the range. The significant density difference between belly and tip allows the fly to reach greater depth while maintaining excellent control and steering. Designed to fish the crucial mid-depth zone, it is an ideal choice for most rivers. The SALAR Catch 1/4 features a semi-translucent body with a subtly tinted light-green tip.

SINK 2 / 5
The SINK 2/5 is our go-to mid-depth line, ideal for fishing deep in medium-speed pools and slower water, while remaining mid-level in faster currents. In warmer conditions, it is often the fastest sinking line required. As temperature plays a crucial role in line selection, our faster sinking options extend the perfect drift into colder, more demanding situations.

SINK 3 / 6
The SINK 3/6 is a true sinking line designed for deep presentations, even in faster water, while remaining manageable to lift and control. When depth is critical, this fast-sinking line delivers without sacrificing the ability to fish closer to the bank. It features a grey body with a brown tip.

SINK 4 / 7
The SINK 4/7 is a fast-sinking line that pushes the limits of most sinkers. Designed for cold, fast water, it delivers the depth required for those critical takes. In colder conditions, choosing the right line is essential to achieve the perfect drift without excessive snagging. A wide range of line options separates experienced anglers from the rest. This model features a light-green belly with a dark-brown tip.

SINK 5 / 8
The SINK 5/8 is an ultra-fast sinking line, among the fastest on the market. In extremely cold and fast water, gradually bringing the fly deeper is often the only way to trigger a take. Designed for more powerful rods, this line delivers maximum depth and excellent control. It features a dark-green belly with a bold black tip.

SINK 9 / 12
The SINK 9/12 is an absolute beast—the deepest-diving, most extreme sinking line we have ever created. When nothing else reaches the strike zone, this line cuts through the fastest, coldest, and most demanding currents like a weapon. Designed for the biggest rivers and harshest conditions, it sinks like a stone while still delivering control and precision. The meanest of them all: solid black.
