MICRORING

Tippet rings are simple yet highly practical fly fishing accessories, designed to create quick and strong connections between the leader and the tippet. Thanks to their minimal size and weight, they do not affect the natural drift of the fly while ensuring a secure and durable link.

Using them helps to extend the life of tapered leaders, since you no longer need to cut back the leader each time you change the tippet. Instead, you tie the leader to the ring and attach the new tippet section to the other side—fast, tidy, and efficient.

Made of stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials, tippet rings feature smooth surfaces that prevent line damage. They are available in multiple diameters, making them suitable for everything from delicate dry fly fishing to nymphing and even streamer fishing.

Keeping a supply of tippet rings in your kit means you can always rig your setup more efficiently, with longer-lasting leaders and streamlined connections.
